We’re sorry to see you go! If you decide to delete your Yetu App account, we want to make sure you understand the process and what it means for your data. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

– Data Deletion: Upon receiving your account deletion request, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our databases. This includes but is not limited to your personal details, service usage records, and billing information.

– Timeframe: Your data will be fully deleted within 30 days of the request. During this period, you can still contact us to cancel the deletion request.

– Data Retention: In compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, certain types of data may need to be retained even after account deletion. For example, financial records related to your transactions with us may be kept for a legally mandated period.

How to Request Account Deletion:

1. Via Email: Send an email to our support team at support@yetu.digital with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Please include your account details and a brief reason for the deletion.
